RUG LISTSERVES

The Ratex Users Group has a two list serves for it's members that are interested in participating in a useful exchange of information. There were originally eight mailing lists pertaining to specific modules or topics. These have now been consolidated into two mailing lists. The first address is: RUG-L@cornell.edu and is to be used for user and general RATEX questions. The second address is: RUG-TECH-L@cornell.edu and is to be used for inquieries and issues of a technical nature.

1. Send an E-mail "to": rug-l-request@cornell.edu
2. In the body of the message type "join"

1. Send an E-mail "to": rug-tech-l-request@cornell.edu
2. In the body of the message type "join"

To un-subscribe:

To unsubscribe from either list repeat the appropriate step 1 and type "leave" in the body of the message.

To send an E-mail:

• Just address your message to RUG-L@cornell.edu for the general listserve. Address your message to RUG-TECH-L@cornell.edu for the technical listserve.

What should you post to this Mailing List?

• Ask for module help: We have strong users in every RATEX module.
• Get an opinion: Don't reinvent the wheel.
• Share tips: Share time and money saving tips.

For RUG-TECH-L@cornell.edu:

• Ask for technical help: We have strong technical users in every RATEX module.
• Get an opinion: Don't reinvent the wheel.
• Share solutions: Share time and money saving solutions.
• Technical Tips: Share the knowledge. Techies love this.
