About RUG

The RATEX Users Group (RUG) is an independent organization of RATEX users. RUG receives no money from Ratex Business Solutions or their parent company the Retail Alliance, Inc. The purpose of the group is to foster the development and the free exchange of information concerning the RATEX product among users and to provide a united voice with RATEX Business Solutions, Inc. Enhancements to the RATEX product are driven by the recommendations of this group. The organization has been active since 1981. The governing body consists of users who are elected by active members of the group.
